Sydney Martin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Medical Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2025. Her passion for advocacy and inclusion was shaped early on by the experiences of her family and friends with disabilities, inspiring her commitment to creating a more equitable world for everyone. Sydney joined TDAS in 2024 as a Direct Support Professional and transitioned into the role of Vocational Services Supervisor. She is excited to continue advocating for people with disabilities and helping them achieve their goals and thrive in their community. In her free time, Sydney enjoys cheering on her favorite sports teams, spending time outside, watching movies, and spending quality time with loved ones.
