McAllister Skeen grew up in Alabama, having moved to North Carolina in 2024. She graduated from the University of Alabama in 2022, with her B.A. in Psychology. After graduating, McAllister began working as a Registered Behavior Technician in many different settings. While providing Applied Behavior Analysis services, she gained experience advocating for and supporting those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It was during this time, that she found her passion for working with adolescents and adults, specifically providing services that promote independence and community integration. In her free time, McAllister enjoys spending time at the beach and playing with her dog!
