Felecia Stokes was born and raised in North Carolina. She earned a BA in Psychology and African American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and later attended UNC’s post-baccalaureate program for Special Education. Since 2001, Felecia has dedicated her career to working with individuals who have developmental disabilities, serving in a variety of capacities including group homes, in-home care, school settings, and case management. Felecia is driven by a passion for serving her community with compassion, empathy, and creativity. Felecia’s personal interests include traveling, attending live music events, and spending time with family.
