Join our Community Programs!

Triangle Self-Advocacy Network offers individuals with IDD an opportunity to learn and make connections in their community. Every meeting members will explore different topics important to their individual life, including: becoming a self-advocate, jobs, home living, becoming involved in the community, and many other topics.

Topic is the same for both meetings. You have the option of attending one or both meetings!

6:00-7:30pm; 2nd Tuesday of the month; Hillyer Memorial Church 718 Hillsborough St., Raleigh

1:00-2:00pm; 1st Friday of the month – Zoom Meeting only

Membership Dues $15/year; must be 18 and over


The Every Voice Choir provides an outlet for creative expression through music. The Every Voice Choir performs regularly at churches, civic groups, and community events, as well as Triangle Disability & Autism Services’ events.  There are usually 8-10 performances a year;  primarily evenings and weekends. 

Mondays- 7-8pm- Hillyer Memorial Christian Church- 718 Hillsborough St., Raleigh

Tuesdays- 6:30-7:30pm- Covenant Christian Church- 2911 SW Cary Parkway, Cary

Petals with a Purpose We partner with the Seymour Center to offer an inclusive program for anyone who has a love of flowers, crafts and giving back. Each week, at the local senior center, budding florists create unique decorative vases which they fill with fresh flowers that are then donated to the St. Joseph’s Food Pantry, the Root Cellar, Meals On Wheels, and other community partners that request our arrangements.

Wednesdays- 1:15-2:15 pm; Seymour Center- 2551 Homestead Rd., Chapel Hill, NC

Cost: $50/year


Supported Retirement is a therapeutic community service designed to enhance the quality of life of older adults (age 50+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by assisting them as they move from work to self-selected retirement activities. Space is limited, must qualify. Contact Michelle Foy for more information.

Mask may be required for come activities.
