If you work CLS shifts you are required to us Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). This means you musto clock in and clock out using the On Target mobile app to verify your location and the time your shift begins and ends.
Medicaid requires that all CLS shifts meet at least 85% EVV compliance, so it is important that you accurately clock in and out for every shift you work.
Helpful reminders and tips:
- Connection issues: Switch your device to airplane mode to use OnTarget’s offline feature.
- Forgetting to clock in/out: Set alarms for the start and end of your shifts.
- Error messages: Take a screenshot and send it to your supervisor for troubleshooting.
- Missed clock-ins/outs: Please notify your supervisor as soon as possible.
- Allow location services: Please allow location services in order to correctly capture your GPS location.
- Remember to make sure the On Target app is up to date.
