Kenzie Clark, Owner/Able Transitions is the Founder and Manager of Able Transition Consulting. Kenzie holds a Master’s Degree in Secondary Special Education and Transition through the University of Kansas. Her passion is the transition process and preparing individuals and families for high-quality lives. She knows clients can access high-quality adult lives through building unique and comprehensive long and short-term plans. 

Jennifer Pfaltzgraff, ED/Triangle Disability & Autism Services is the mother of Ethan, a 21 year old with cerebral palsy and has been executive director of TDAS since November 2016.
